AMY CHIDESTER, MD

As a family medicine physician, Amy’s passion centers around women’s health, pediatrics and preventive medicine. A graduate from Marshall University, Amy is a West Virginia native who did her residency in Cincinnati with an emphasis in International Health. She then did an Obstetrics Fellowship in Orlando.

STEVE HAGEN, MD

A veteran of the United States Navy Medical Corps, Steve enjoyed a 20-year career practicing Family Medicine in Wisconsin. He now will split his time between his home state and Boone, NC. Harnessing his passion for helping people, Steve will be serving Samaritan’s Purse by exploring new ways to meet the diverse health care needs of this community.

MIKE KIMBRO, MD

A 34-year veteran in a variety of settings, Mike spent six years in a small emergency department and is now looking forward to returning to family practice with a desire to provide quality, up to date, common sense medical care for this community.

KARMAN OTT, DNP, FNP-BC, PNP-AC

Karman began her career in Africa working in well baby clinics as well as emergency refugee medical care and family practice. A board certified family nurse practitioner, Karman also serves as an acute care pediatric nurse practitioner.

SHERRI STONE, RN

Sherri holds an Associate's Degree in Nursing as well as a Bachelor’s Degree from Winston-Salem State University. She served in the US National Guard for three years and has also worked with Samaritan’s Purse.

SARA FENNELL, RN

An 11-year Registered Nurse, Sara has helped patients in ICU and day of surgery care, as well as a Clinical Leader. She’s passionate in forming strong personal relations with her patients.

MADISON “MADI” CRITCHER, CMA

A Boone native, Madison aspires to become a Physician Assistant. She has worked in pediatrics and nephrology.

CHYNNA ISAACS, PSR

Chynna Isaacs has a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Presbyterian College, as well as a medical billing and coding certificate from Midlands Technical College. In her current role with the Samaritan’s Purse Clinic, she is able to connect with the community and offer them a safe and welcoming space. Chynna is skilled in multiple aspects of administrative work, from onboarding new employees to database management to electronic health records.
